THE PUMP-TIPE GAS ODORIZATION COMPLEX (TU U 26.5-41292924-002: 2018)
The gas odorization complex is designed to supply micro doses in the gas flow, which served to the consumer, in order to impart a specific smell to natural gas and timely confirm its leakage.
The complex provides a pulsed supply of odorant to the gas, using a differential pressure formed by the metering pump, based on the values of the gas flow rate and the flow rate of the odorant, while observing the required degree of gas odorization.
In case of failure of the automatic odorizer, a backup (emergency) odorization unit is put into operation. Commissioning is carried out manually or automatically (by separate order).
Complex provides:
- maintenance of the necessary degree of odorization
- the automatic control and correction of each dose of odorant
- the connection with the calculator gas flow
- the automatic control of the technological parameters
- conducting of hourly, daily and monthly archival information with recording of the main parameters, the occurrence of abnormal situations and operator interventions
- the introduction of the gas flow rate (constant) from the remote control unit for the odorization of the entered value, in the absence of communication with the computer gas flow
- activation of emergency and warning alarm in case of abnormal situations:
— the lack of supply of odorant in the pipeline (AS);
— battery discharge (AS)
— mismatch between calculated and actual dose of odorant
— odorant flow sensor is faulty
— no communication with interface module
— maximum frequency of the pump work
— odorant level in the tank is low
— odorant level in the tank is high — odorant level sensor is defective — no signal from the flow meter — main power 220V is missing
- automatic transfer to backup power in case of lack of main power
- automatic charging of batteries, etc.
